  1. Guidance and counseling to patients (Indoor as well as out door patients)
  2. Making the disabled aware of the services and provision available for them (Govt. & Voluntary sector)
  3. Issuance of disability certificate to physically disabled, deaf & dump, M.R, Children and Burn Patients.
  4. Provision of Railway concession to cases suffering from Physically disabled, cancer, Tuberculosis, Leprosy, Deaf & Dump, Kidney patients etc.
  5. Networking with Govt. Department, N.G.O’s and individual donor to enlist their help for the disabled poor and needy patients of the hospital.
  6. Making the patients aware the health services and facilities available for patients at L.N. Hospital.
  7. Including the services offered by Hospital welfare society.
  8. Counseling services for patients and their families.
  9. Motivation for family planning and blood donation.
  10. Mediation between the patients/their families and the health personnel of the hospital facilities effective medical care to the patients.
  11. To attend the referral services from the doctors for indoor patients.
  12. Restoration for unknown patients.
  13. Providing referral services to patients.
  14. To attend different court of Delhi under Motor accident claim tribunal.
  15. Lesion with all the institutions under directorate of Social welfare.
  16. Attending patients of “Satri Shakti Camp”.
  17. To attend unattended/unknown patients.
  18. To provide rehabilitation services to the patients.
  19. To provide financial medical Aid with the help of “Hospital Welfare Society”.
  20. Rehabilitation of destitute/unknown/unattained Road accident patients in different centers under Dte. Of Social Welfare and other welfare institute and also in their respected home.
  21. Looking after the work of Delhi Right to Information Act. 2000.
  22. Establishing contents and holding consultation for main taing harmonies relation between hospital management and its staff.
  23. Looking after grievances/complaints of the patients in the hospital.
